Jotteea Nester
Machine output support
Every CNC controller has its own habits. If you need a new post, a change to an existing one, or help matching Jotteea Nester output to your machine, send the machine details and real sample files.

Post processor services
The better the sample files, the faster the post can be reviewed. A post processor should be tested with an air-cut before cutting material.
Request support for a machine/controller that is not currently in Jotteea Nester.
Ask for edits to headers, units, tool calls, spindle commands, safe moves, drill cycles, arcs, or other output formatting.
Send the Jotteea output, expected output, and what the machine/controller did wrong or rejected.
Easy add-on path
Jotteea Nester can load custom data-only JSON post profiles from its posts folder and refresh them with Reload Posts. For simple G-code-style posts, a post add-on can usually be delivered as one small file plus instructions.
Advanced controller formats may require a software update instead. Either way, the request starts with the same machine details and sample files.
Request checklist
This form opens an email draft. Before sending, attach your sample files and any existing post processor file. Do not send private customer files unless you are allowed to share them.
Good samples speed things up
Include the machine brand, exact model, router/table type, controller/control software, and whether the machine expects inches or millimeters.
Attach a small real-world sample job that represents how you cut: profiles, holes, drills, open vectors, tabs, leads, and ramps if used.
If another CAM system already outputs acceptable code, attach that post file or a known-good output file so the format can be compared.
Send the Jotteea output and describe whether the controller rejected the file, moved wrong, ignored tool changes, missed drill cycles, or needed different headers/footers.
